It is important that

• clothing or shoes are not damaged or dirty and are not too worn out, even throug long wear.
• electrical items are in working order.
• all donated items are in a condition in which you would still use them yourself at any time.

At the moment our warehouse is well stocked, autumn and winter clothing dan be handed in to us form mid-September.

Dear citizens of Schmelz, we cordially invite you to celebrate Ukraine's most important bank holidays with us again and look forward to welcoming you on Saturday, 26 August 2023, starting at 11:00 a.m. around the St. Marien Schmelz-Außen parish hall.

We are impressed by the great helpfulness and openness of the residents of Schmelz with which we were welcomed and supported last year. We would therefore be very pleased if we could celebrate Ukraine's National Day together again this year. The team 'Vilni' is preparing this celebration in cooperation with the GUTE ZWECK LADEN and the Kolping Family of Schmelz St. Marien and will present many interesting facts about Ukraine, its history and culture and will also spoil the visitors with delicious Ukrainian cuisine. For our younger guests we will set up a creative corner so that the children will have fun doing handicrafts.
